Family Fit Friday has been a favorite for our family. We make it a priority to create fun workouts even the kids love to do. Sticking with an exercise routine can be a struggle for anyone. But for busy parents, squeezing in workouts can feel darn near impossible. After all, how are you supposed to find time to work out when you can’t even go to the bathroom undisturbed?

We had a blast on our first Disney Cruise with a 2 year old, 4 year old, and 5 year olds boys and our husbands. We had a day of driving a few hours and flying a few hours until we arrived on Easter Sunday on the cruise ship. The cruise is so great to make us special super plant-based friendly meals, which we absolutely love! Until we got to the ship we kept our immune system and energy high with our plant-based travel food.
